Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

- In original packaging (including all parts, manuals, and accessories)

Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-person returns at this time.
Return Shipping
- A prepaid return label may be provided for eligible returns
- If the return is due to customer error (wrong item, change of mind), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

- Attach the return label
- Drop off at the designated carrier location
