Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us at support@sddealz.com.

Cancellation requests received within this time frame will be reviewed and processed accordingly.

After the 30-minute window, orders may begin processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve a cancellation or return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Order Not Received Yet – Can I Cancel?

If your order has not yet shipped, cancellation requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, eligible items may still be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.
